I cannot open my smartfrog app

We recommend for you to clear cache on your smartphone via the settings menu on your device. You may also uninstall and re install the Smartfrog app.
Please follow these steps.

If you are using an android device.

• Please go to the setting menu on your device.
• Select the setting Icon
• Select application
• Select application manager
• Select & tap the Smartfrog app Icon
• Go to cache
• Select clear cache


If you are using an IOS device
• Open setting
• Select General
• Select Usage
• Select the Smartfrog app. 
• Select on smartfrog App Icon 
• Choose Uninstall app.
