I cannot open my Smartfrog App

We recommend for you to clear the cache on your smartphone via the settings menu on your device. You may also uninstall and reinstall the Smartfrog app by performing the following steps.

If you are using an android device, please follow these steps:

• Please go to the setting menu on your device.
• Select the setting Icon
• Select application
• Select application manager
• Select & tap the Smartfrog app Icon
• Go to cache
• Select clear cache


If you are using an IOS device, please follow these steps:
• Open settings 
• Select General
• Select Storage & iCloud Usage

• Select Manage Storage

• Select the Smartfrog app. 
• Select on smartfrog App Icon 
• Choose Delete App
