Occasionally the camera can not re-connect itself after a power failure or WLAN failure. Please follow the steps below to fix the issue.
- Disconnect the camera from the power for approximately 10 seconds. Connect the camera again.
Wait and see if the camera is able to reconnect itself and the light on the front of the camera turns to a solid blue. Please note that this can take up to a minute. If this does not happen, please reset the camera using the steps below:
- On the reverse side of the camera, you will find a small hole labelled "reset"
- Using a paperclip or pin, please press the reset button located inside the little hole for 10 seconds until you hear a beep.
Your camera is now reset to the factory settings and you can configure your camera once again.
