- Please remove the camera from the main power supply for one minute before plugging back in.
- On the reverse side of the camera, you will find a small hole labelled "reset"
- Using a paperclip or pin, please press the reset button located inside the little hole for 10 seconds until you hear a beep
Your camera is now reset to the factory settings and you can configure your camera once again.
Please note that if you have a monthly subscription camera, you are unable to install the camera on any other account other than the one associated with the email address of the order. Please contact our support team for further details:
