Am I able to register again after a cancellation due to late payments?

We would be glad to welcome you as a customer again. The prerequisites for this are, of course, that you have cleared your outstanding balance. If your request has been passed on to our external collections partner, we ask you to make payment directly to them. We will provide you with the appropriate information after payment has been made. Only in the event that your account has no open claims, we can agree to a new registration.
