Am I able to register again after a cancellation due to late payments?

We would be glad to welcome you as a customer again once you have cleared your outstanding balance. If your debt has been passed on to our external collections partner, we kindly ask you to make payment directly to them. We will provide you with the appropriate information regarding your registration after all outstanding payments have been made. Only in the event that your account has no open claims can we then agree to a new registration.
