What happens if I do not pay, despite termination?

If the outstanding claim for termination of the contract is due to a delay in payment and is not settled after the 3rd reminder and the deadline passes and the camera (s) are not returned, we are entitled to charge you one EUR 95.00 fee for each camera. Late and collection fees also apply. For full details, see Smartfrog Terms of Service - item 7 - 7.9 and forward your claim to our external collection partner for further processing.
