Please log in at https://www.smartfrog.com and check your data under "My account> Payment" and create a new direct debit or payment from your account.
If the automatic debit of your account did not clear, you can pay the open balance by either logging in to the website www.smartfrog.com or via the Smartfrog App.
When you log on to the website, please make sure that pop-up windows are enabled and once you log in, a pop-up window should appear shortly thereafter offering you payment options for your unpaid balance.
When you log in to the app, a dialog box should appear shortly after logging in, offering payment options for your unpaid balance.
Please note that a payment using a transfer is not possible as it can not be manually linked to your unpaid balance. If you have made a transfer in this manner, it will be returned to your bank account automatically.
